
Siu Lim Tao
‘Young Idea Form’ the foundation of the system. It teaches the student the basic application and function of Wing Chun. The student learns about positioning, force generation, strengthening their stance and energy flow.
Chum Kui
This is the intermediary level of the style. Students learn how to apply the basic techniques to a moving opponent. Emphasis is placed on ‘bridging the gap’ i.e close range attack.
Bui Tze
This is the most advanced form of the style, taught to experienced students who have shown dedication over a number of years. The form is concerned with recovering ones positioning during an attack.

Body conditioning and fitness
There is a strong emphasis placed on the importance of physical fitness, flexibility, and stamina. All classes involve some form of cardiovascular exercise, body weight training (such as push ups and squats) and stretching. Exercises are performed in a supportive environment, and all students are encouraged to train to their best ability.
